Wild Spirit Sanctuary: A Magical Encounter with Rescued Wolves! 

Hidden in the quiet wilderness of New Mexico, Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary is a place of healing, hope, and second chances. We booked a photography tour, excited to take our time, soak in the experience, and, of course, meet the wolves up close. Was it worth it? Yes, yes, yes!

Nora and Scout? They took one look at the situation and opted out! Meeting their ancient relative wasn't exactly their idea of a good time!

The most unforgettable moment? Seeing two baby wolves take their first steps into freedom. After spending their early lives confined to crates, they ran, played, and tumbled with pure joy with one white wolf resident who was more acclimated to the sanctuary. It was a beautiful, emotional sight; proof that every donation truly matters.

As the day went on, we spent time with more wolves, each with a personality of their own. Some were friendly and curious, others more reserved. Yes, wolves can be grumpy too!

But my absolute favorite was Leia, a stunning white wolf with a heart full of love. She couldn't get enough pets and attention. Who could resist trying to get the best selfie with her? Dave got some pretty ones!!!
